Shipping & Refund Policy

1. The products sold at our website are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
2. Exchange or returns are at the sole discretion of BDCDPL and shall be done only if genuinely there is a defect in the product.
3. The order once placed will be delivered within 4 – 5 working days (delay might occur in case of inevitable circumstances)
4. In case you have received damaged product, please initiate a return on our website within 3 days from the time of delivery. We will arrange to pick up the product and replace it within 7-8 working days at no extra cost.
5. Refund is not provided on any good sold. Only an online store credit can be issued for goods sold, provided   they meet the terms and conditions as specified.
6. In case we receive a cancellation notice within 24 hrs of placing order and the same has not been processed by us, the order will be cancelled and the entire amount be refunded within 10-15 days. Although the orders that have been already shipped will not be cancelled.
7. BDCDPL is not liable for any damage caused to the Product during return transit and the return shipping has  to be borne by the customer.
8. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.
9. Merchandise sold during clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
10. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will NOT be deducted from your refund.
